Some very clever features in this: the very idea of a silicone material as a foldable omelette pan is clever enough, the lid serves as a chopping board...etc.We have only used it twice so far, but as the seasons change and we trend more toward stews and omelettes we'll certainly use it more.

I love the concept of this. It takes a few trial & errors to get an omelette just right if you're putting lot's of stuff in it. Once you get it down, it's okay and a timesaver. Microwaved eggs aren't my favorite though, unless you cook & flavor the eggs just right. But, it comes with a few recipe suggestions.

The idea here is very good. The execution of it is a little less exciting. The silicone used to make this omelet is so pliable that you tend to spill as you move it from the counter to the microwave. It tends to boil over leaving a mess in the wave. And the overall result is "mildly satisfactory" at best. Good idea. But this isn't the one you probably want to buy.

Makes the tastiest omelettes in 2 minutes. I use this at work for lunch for a great change of pace. Easy to clean & use.

While this product did an excellent job and helped clean out the leftover veggies in the frig, I felt it was a bit pricey. Time will tell how it holds up to use.
