Love it!

This is a very well thought out product. Excellent quality, like the mixer. Bowls are well designed and the feed tube makes so much sense. Works like it was designed by someone who actually uses the product and cooks a lot.

Wide Mouth Food Processor

Much quieter than the one I had before and works great! Love it! Made slaw in a few minutes.

Does this product happen to have a video available? I like th design and am certain that I will love the product when I learn to use it! I have found that the other produts ordered from you are of exceptional quality.

BEST Food Processor EVER!!

Passed my 30 year old-plus Cuisinart down to my daughter, and purchased this one for myself!! I have owned three other brands in the past and this one is by far the BEST!!

Overwhelmed and confused

Can't figure out how to use all the parts properly. Not sure which food items or chop require which blade. Feeling overwhelmed but the machine is beautiful. I wish the manual was more detailed.

Great quality food processor!

I am an avid cook, but I have held off for many years on purchasing a food processor because of the cost and because I was not sure exactly what one could do. I am still learning about what food processors can and cannot do, but I am glad I purchased this one! This food processor is very sturdy, heavy, and comes with a nice assortment of blades and accessories. Being new to these devices, I was a bit overwhelmed at first. I read all the instructions, which were pretty helpful. As described, this comes with 2 bowls. They fit together during use, so if you want to use the smaller one, you keep it locked into the larger one. This works out great except if you want to use the blender-type blade. That blade can only be used with the larger bowl. I forgot about this and used it in the smaller bowl, causing that bowl's sides to get scraped by the blade. I noticed my mistake right away and turned it off. No major damage was done; just some scratches to the smaller bowl. I really like the pieces that allow you to adjust the opening where you put the food into. It can be wide enough to put large pieces into or you can adjust it, which allows smaller/thinner pieces of food to be fed into the slicing blades. I usually use this food processor when I need to cut up veggies for soups or if I need to puree soups or other liquids. You can either turn it on or use the pulse feature to control the spinning of the blades. Just don't allow yourself to think that a food processor will eliminate all cutting or chopping duties for you. You need to cut things (such as onions, peppers, zucchini) into pieces to feed them into the processor. Otherwise if you put the whole veggie into the food processor it will be cut unevenly and super shredded into tiny pieces or pureed. It also does not chop things into cubes. It will slice, shred, or puree to varying degrees. If you are seeking to chop up a pepper or onion into square pieces you need to do it by hand or cut the thing into strips and then feed it into the medium slicing blade. This is not a flaw of this food processor. It is just how they all work. If you only need to cut up one or two things I would just do it by hand to save time. Overall, this machine does everything it is supposed to do and it does it well. I have had it for 2 months and have not had any problems with it, nor do I anticipate any. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this particular food processor and I think I chose the best one for the best price.

Kitchen Aid Food Processor

We've been wanting to purchase a food processor for quite some time. This special offer made it almost impossible to resist....so we went for it. I'd been doing research, reading reviews, and shopping "in person" at local kitchen supply stores...so had a fair idea of the quality and reputation of Kitchen Aid products anyway. The unit is heavy. The motor is heavy duty and relatively quiet for the job it does. I've been slicing and pulverizing my summer herbs and produce and it makes all that normal work a breeze...easy clean up and so glad the disc storage came with it. I love it and am glad we decided to purchase.

So Glad I Bought This

I have never owned a food processor. I make a lot of fresh salsa and was afraid a food processor would pretty much puree everything. I always used a hand salsa maker to better control the size of the ingredients. The pulse mode on this is fantastic. I have made so much salsa since purchasing this. I will never again use a hand salsa maker. Now to try some new things with it.

good but over priced

I love the sturdiness of the processor but feel the price is about 50 dollars too high.

I've been trying these new recipes and the new food processor has made the process so much easier. Great product.

Food Processor

This food processor is bulky and heavy but unlike previous food processors I have owned it does the job and does it wonderfully. The motor is spectacular and can handle any job. The plastic is sturdy and the whole design works perfectly.

I've had others, but this one goes far beyond. It is lightening quick, very easy to use and it's a Kitchenaid.....what more can I say

This item meets all of my expectations. Easy to use and makes the job quicker. I would highly recommend tius product.

I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet. but it will be put to good use soon. I want to try all the attachments that came with it. I love to cook and bake so this will come in quite handy during canning season for me. I also have the 5qt. stand mixer and that gets quite a workout every week!!

We love our new Food Processor. Our old one was about 10 years old. This one is so easy to use and clean! It slices potatoes beautifully.
