I was a little disappointed with the size of the pan. My old frying pan was also a 10" but it was a little larger with the one I purchased. I probably would have returned it had I measured it with my old pan prior to using the pan.

This skillet is of fine quality. The only request would have been that it was available with a different color handle instead of the orange one.

I love my new skillet! I grew up using cast iron and really like a heavy pan. This one fits the bill. It has a good weight and non stick AND can go into the oven. No oil or grease needed to cook means less fat in the food. Cleanup is so easy, no scrubbing. I am planning to buy the 12 inch skillet next.
