I purchased this roaster as a gift to my daughter. I was recently visiting her and as always we enjoy cooking together. I went for the roaster to prepare the roast and I was so disappointed. The condition of the roaster was terrible after my daughter used it 3 times. The surface is impossible to clean leaving burnt marks and scratches. The vegetables burn at the surface...Terrible roaster and embarrassed to have given as a gift.

I am happy with the product I received, but I ordered this over 10 days prior to Thanksgiving from the "Thanksgiving must haves" site on Rachael Ray. Unfortunately, the roaster didn't arrive until the Monday after Thanksgiving, so I haven't had the chance to use it. I didn't realize it would take 2 weeks to get it, nor was I told that during the checkout process. If I had known, I would not have ordered it.
