I am so happy that I ordered this product. It cooks casserols perfect. I baked a ham, chicken, and also a roastbeef. My roastbeef with vegetables came out perfect. This casseroval will be used quite frequently in my household. This product also cooks very healthy and evenly. I love Rachel Ray products and I will be ordering more of her products.

    Thankyou,

    Ms. Cynthia Jones

Made a roast in this and it was perfect! Larger size than I personally need - going to order the 2.75 qt - I just love these - the handles are great and colors too.

    Orange casseroval

This is a wedding gift, not for me. I thought the shipping price was too high and the time before the item was shipped to my home was too long.

    red casseroval disaster

    by ALBERT, NY
    May 6, 2010

I received the Casseroval for a gift and its was beautiful to look at. When I received it I thought the lid didn't fit snuggly and debated to return it but when I called customer service they told me that was how the lid fit and so I kept it. I used it for the 1st time by making stuffed peppers. I stuffed each pepper with a rice, tomato and chopmeat receipe I added tomato sauce to the casseroval with the 6 stuffed peppers. I pre heated the oven to 350 and put the casseroval into my oven. After 1/2 hour of cooking time I was approaching my oven when I heard a popping sound. I looked into the oven and started to see a moving crack forming in the casseroval. I quickly removed the dish from the oven and was removing the lid when I noticed what looked like a whole was carved out in the inside middle of the dish. I removed the peppers to see if the missing piece was in the sauce and sure enough there it was. I threw out the meal and called customer service again and they asked if I wanted a replacement Casseroval or my money back. I opted for the refund.

    Casseroval pot

    May 28, 2010

The product is very nice. I didn't realize when I purchased it, I could not cook on the cook top and the oven only. For this I am disappointed. I assumed it was cast iron and could be used for all cooking types.

I have severe arthritis and have trouble taking things out of the oven. This casseroval solved that problem. The handles are wonderful. No more burned hands.

my daughter would love to have one, envious

    by selma, KS
    July 8, 2010

My daughter saw it and would love to have one. She is envious. I would love to get her one, but will have to wait a few months when I have enough money saved up. She loves everything about your show and you and got me started. Love it, love it. I paid the price because I deserve it, been a tough 2 years and that is my reward. For the ever day person that cooks though, need to consider $10.00 less in price.

    Makes a classy showing ...

    by Ruth, TX

My RR serveware (various sizes of bubble & browns, and lasagna dish, and now this cassarole) always make a big splash when we take a "covered dish" somewhere. People are automatically drawn to the color, they realize that it is RR, and think that the contents must be from a RR recipe, so it should be yummy! I hope they are never disappointed. I certainly am not disappointed in my RR products.

    Great!

    by Tori, PA
    December 1, 2009

I really like this casserole. I used it for my dressing for Thanksgiving. I love the shape and the hand-holds. My hands are disabled, and the hand-holds are really great for me. My only problem with the casserole was that the lid didn't want to come off.......fits too tightly.

    Cleans up wonderfully!

    by Jennifer, ND
    January 24, 2010

I was worried after I cooked some pasta/sauce/cheese in this and everything looked like it was baked on hard. Amazingly enough, clean up was a breeze! This pot has a nice weight to it and the lid fits well. Its nice to have the handles so I'm not burning myself trying to get this out of the oven.

    Slippery Handle

    by Kristi, NY
    January 3, 2010

The only real drawback is the handle on the lid. It's pretty small and difficult to lift off when hot (with a pot holder). Maybe it could have a hole in the middle to give you more purchase.

    Great for single person, too!

    by Cynthia, PA
    February 4, 2010

I make meals to freeze since I haven't been single all my life, and this has already been used for 3 stuffed pork chops and a large pot of chili to freeze for separate meals. And yes, it cleans so easily with just a cloth or sponge. Delivery takes so long because it comes from another site after it is ordered.
