My parents have been staying with us and my Mom absolutely LOVES this knife. As an early birthday present I ordered one for her - she was thrilled to have one of her very own. Now I get to keep mine as well!!!

I was disappointed that the cover was not a shapener. I should have read the product information more carefully before purchasing; it would be great if all the knives has a sharpener cover like the one Rachel uses on TV

At first I thought this knife might be too big to use for small paring taks but I have used it for so many different types of tasks. Plus it is a solid strong blade and I've even cut stalks off corn on the cob with it. Plus it very sharp and cleanly cut tomatoes without any squashing.

Bought two. Gave one to my daughter. I have had on for more than a year and I love it, so I bought another one for me and one for my daughter. It has become my favorite kitchen tool.

This is a great knife. It cuts well and fits my hand very well, I like the handles that are a little longer than the usual. I will be getting more of these for myself and friends.

Wish I had several more.......one of the sharpest paring knives I've ever worked with; does everything. The sheath that comes with the knife keeps the blade protected and sharp in the drawer at all times. It's a "must have" knife !
