Pan great, care in shipping???

I love the pan, but it was warped when we received it and the lid wouldn't fit. My husband was able to bend it back out, but shouldn't have had to :-(

I have only used this pan a few times since receiving it. I like it very much. I needed a larger saute and this one fits the bill. Even though I only cook for two; I sometimes need a larger saute than my 3 qt. Cleanup is a snap and that means a lot to me. It is my first experience with RR products and won't be my last.

I absolutely love my oval saute pan! I have cooked pasta, meat, veggies, and sauces since receiving. This pan stays on top of my stove 24/7. Great for multiple uses - great looking! Cooks evenly and great cleanup.

it was a gift for my mom and she tried it out with homemade meatballs. they cooked evenly and didn't stick to the bottom. can't wait to see whats next!

Did not know the enamel went ALL over the outside of the pan and is subjet to chipping. Does not cook as well as my other Rachel Ray pan. In my opinion the pan is very expensive even on sale and is not worth the money. The saving grace is the oval design.

I never received the order and had to buy a substitute from a local department store, I was very disappointed, and don't think I will ever order from the foodnetwork store again!

The product arrived before Xmas even though I was late ordering. The projected delivery date was the 27th of December but as I said arrived before Xmas. We wanted it to prepare pasta dishes and meat and gravy dishes for a large number of people. It works great and we are glad we ordered it. Thank you for this useful kitchen pan.

Wife love's it. She has used it almost every meal since receiving it. Looks good, cleans easily and is just the right size for a meal. A minor issue is that on our glass top stove it overhangs the larges burner some. This does not seem to affect the cooking though as the heat seems to distribute nicely throughout the whole pan.

We got the saute pan sooner than expected. We have already used it three times. It cooks the food evenly and has done as we intended it to do. We are very happy that we choose it.

My husband was so excited to get this pan for Christmas he washed it and immediately used it to prepare dinner and appetizers. Very nice pan and the non-stick is wonderful!
