I love, love this dish. I made lasagna in it and it came out evenly browned and did not rise over pan. I also liked the lid and not having to use aluminum foil to cover when baking. It was all super to clean, nothing stuck to inside of pan and only used a dish cloth to clean. The carrier comes flat and is easy to store and easy to zip around lidded casserole. My daughter has the lasagna pan and I was dissapoined that the covered casserole was somewhat smaller then the lasagna pan. Then when I made my lasagna and the same recipe and qty fit the casserole dish, as the lasagna pan

The covered baker is the perfect size for our many pot-luck events. The carry cover is also perfect for transporting, and we love the fact that it is insulated.
