The best part of the orange pizza wheel is the structure of the pizza wheel. The handle is structured with a soft feel, and angled so you can apply the weight of your hand directly into the pizza pie. The orange pizza wheel does a crisp, clean, and fast job without slipping. This is a very sturdy and well built kitchen item - my old one was wobbly (cheap) and I always ended up using a knife. You can do much more than just slice pizzas with it. Also, add the fact that it stands up on it's end makes you not have to search for a place to put down a *cheesy* piece of kitchen equiptment.
