My experience has shown that Taylor makes very good kitchen thermometers.
PRO: The numbers are large and easy to read at a glance. Because it hangs, it takes up very little amount of oven space.
Can't think of any cons.

Markings are clean, large enough to read easily. Only downside is that it's too tall to hang between racks. But its accuracy and colored dial make it an instant read so it's not a major problem setting it on a rack rather than hanging it. AND the pricemakes it a value!

I got this oven thermometer to check the accuracy of my oven's thermostat. For that purpose, it worked just fine. It might get in the way if I left it in the oven while I was trying to cook something.

This oven thermometer needs to design a better hook to attach to the oven rack. It does not secure and falls off easily.
Needed for a very old oven in a very old stov

I have had issues with the ovens in my old stove so I purchased this thermometer. It has helped me get my baked goods and roasted foods cooked correctly because I can now be certain of the temperature in the areas of the ovens I am using.

Very large, easy-to-read temperature markings. After receiving this thermometer, I pre-heated my oven to 400º F and before inserting my scones, I looked at this thermometer and saw the oven was actually about 15º to 25º cooler. I was able to adjust the oven temperature dial and the scones came out PERFECT!! I'm grateful for this helpful tool.

I am a hard core fan of Cook's Illustrated and America's Test Kitchen, so when they recommended this thermometer, I determined it was the one to use. We needed to check the temperature guage in our oven and we placed this thermometer in all corners of the oven, through the center ranges, and it was consistent. A good price, a simple design is all you need!

This thermometer has been absolutely great! Before I got it, I was constantly burning the bottoms of cookies and muffins. Turns out, my oven was heating up another 25 to 50 degrees after I put the food in. It's so nice to be able to know the actual temperature now!

Recently purchased a new oven and I really didn't think it was heating to the set temp. This Thanksgiving it took an hour longer to cook the turkey. Put this thermometer in the oven, preheated the oven to 450- heat reached light came on the oven- however this little thermometer said the oven temp was 430. I turned the oven up to 470 and was able to cook my food at the correct temp! Yeah! Just what I needed- no more guessing.

The numbers are large and easy to read, and the price is great. The temperature seems to be accurate. The only problem is that the hook doesn't fit very securely on the oven rack, so I've already knocked it down while trying to put a dish in the oven. It is definitely a pain (pardon my pun) to reach into a hot oven and retrieve the thermometer from the oven floor.

I'm happy with the performance of the Oven Thermometer, and pleased that it is NSF certified. I do wish the clip was designed so that my pans could slide over it better. I have to keep it to the side of the oven for that reason, and because it hangs too low if I put anything to bake on the shelf where it hangs above.

It's simple to use and performs nicely. It's a good tool to have to gauge your oven temperature to make sure you're oven is functioning properly, particularly if, as in my case, the oven is quite old.
