and six-month intervals. Choose your preference and we'll send out the shipments
on that schedule automatically. You can return and modify your subscription schedule
online at any time. You'll only be charged for each order when the item is shipped.
The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order
is placed, plus any applicable sales tax.
Update or Cancel at Any Time
Simply login to your "Manage Recurring Orders" page in Your Account at any time
to modify the frequency of your shipments, the quantity of your subscription, and
billing or shipping address and payment methods. Changes will take place immediately
and will be applied to all unshipped orders associated with your subscription.

This wonderful skillet needs to be broken in, and will serve you as well as any non-stick pan if you are patient enough. Use plenty of oil the first few times, and after washing if there is still stubborn stuff stuck to the bottom, put it on the burner on 'High' for a few minutes. The offending remnants will curl up and flake off. This is a frying pan for a lifetime.
I bought this for my wife who has missed cooking with cast iron since she bought a glass top stove....all of our older cast iron skillets do not have a flat bottom so they will not work.....but this skillet does the job !!....very easy to clean and performs the same as cast iron.....even cooking is easily done with this skillet.......very good on a glass top stove.......although not cheap it is worth every penny......my wife liked it so much I had to order the bigger size as well for her !!!

I have several cast iron skillets but wanted one to use with foods that are acidic, such as tomato sauce, because acidic foods can harm proper seasoning of cast iron and acidic foods can increase the iron in the foods as they are cooked. The enamel glaze, of course, eliminates any problems one would have using bare iron. This item is a very high quality product.
Though Le Creuset has always seemed to have a good reputation, I hadn't purchased any of their products until now. Expect the pan to be very heavy as it IS cast iron. What I didn't expect that was that food sticks to the surface like no other pan I have used. I had to soak and scrape this pan over one whole day. Of course I used a nylon spatula for the scraping. I am returning this pan, as I don't have the time to spend cleaning cooked-on foods, especially eggs. Save your money. Also, the green may appear to be dark on your monitor, but it is more like inside an avocado than "fennel".
Bought this because I always wanted a great enamel cast iron pan, and the reviews were good. I wish the pan would have a little smaller, however, it is very heavy and bulky to use. Good performance, but won't get the use I bought it for because of the weight.
