It is a lot easier than getting out the full size processor. The blades are VERY sharp!

I like the color of this and it is so handy! It didn't take me long to try it out almost as soon as I received it. I use it a lot for making dip and sauces. And best of all, it is easy to clean. I Love it!!!

I absolutely love this mini product. I make salsa in the summer and it lets me chop the tomatoes easily and in the chunky consistency we perfer. It has saved me hours of time just in the short time I have had it. Very compact and portable. Should it die on me, I will not hesitate to get another. Paula Deen store had it at my front door when promised.

This Mini-Prep + Food Processor is my first food processor. My kitchen is very small and I don't have a lot of room for kitchen gadgets so this was perfect. Using it is easy and clean up is a breeze.

For years, I have used a 1 1/2 cup food chopper for smaller needs. Even so, I often have to do several sessions with the 1 1/2 cup size to get what I need for a recipe. When I saw this mini prep processor I knew the size would be much better for my needs. With free shipping and so many cute, cute colors to choose from, it was an easy decision to order this. It works so well and so quickly - and best of all - I can chop the amount I need in one batch. I should've ordered this a long time ago!

I ordered this mini-prep food processor as my old one had finally stopped working. I also saw my daughter was needing one and ordered one for her as well. Upon opening the unit and then utilizing it, I quickly recognized it was very cheaply put together. I felt the Cusinart label would assure a substantial item. Instead, I found it to be all plastic and not sturdy at all. I will use it a few times and hopefully it will end up being more useful than I am suspecting it to be. I previously had a different type made by another manufacturer, which lasted for years and was very durable. Also, my old one was relatively inexpensive as well.

For the price, it really is a great value. Looks sleek and performs the way it was intended. I was disappointed the first time I used it, only because I wanted to whip up some mayonnaise, but there is no opening on the top to pour the fat. Oh well. It will still be used a lot.
