I have used each die and after a little adjustment with flour it works well. Pasta dough needs to be a lot dryer than I am used to. I have made several different flavoured pastas and all came out well. The only con is cleaning the dies. I had to soak them for approx 5 days and use a toothbrush many times to get the dough out of the tiny crevices.

I had never had fresh pasta before! I love it so easy to make and tastes so yummy! Made of exceptional quality that I expect from and always receive from KitcheAid!
