Great New Cookbook Paula! Of course all of your other ones are great too. This has some helpful hints that as a cook, a new way of doing things are a good thing. You can teach an old dog new tricks. The Lady's Cheesy Mac is so good. You are right, the sour cream makes this recipe. I want to cut down the Shrimp and Grits recipe. I don't care for Shrimp but my husband loves Shrimp and Grits, so I want to make this one for him. Thank you Paula. You have hit another home run with this book. Glad I bought it.

Excellent recipes. So nice that Paula gives her little tips and opinions regarding different items being used in the book. I have eaten in her restaurant two times and have come out with a big smile on my face and a happy tummy as did the rest of my family. I am anxious to try some of the rest of her recipes . I have already tried several recipes in this cookbook and I enjoyed them all. This is one of Paula's best yet. The recipes were easy to follow and no complicated instructions or ingredients hard to find.

I ordered the signed copy of Paula's new cookbook for my mom for Christmas. She's a huge Paula fan and watches her show everday. I think this cookbook will become one of her favorites as well as a cherished possession.
