many recipes call for weight measurements and baking requires accurate measurements. Read reviews, prices, etc. and purchased product I felt would fulfill our needs. Would purchase again.

New Kitchen Scale

This is an old dog learning new tricks...my old scale, that I loved, always came up in lbs/ozs and I'm having patience problems always having to change from the metric. I'm sure I'll get used to it over time, but I did discard the instructions, so don't know if there is a way to change the default...I do love the removable plate to keep clean rather than having to chance getting moister in the scale itself.
