I put my special salts, Kosher and Sea salts, in these after reading other reviews. I can get a pinch of salt out as well as use the little spoon.... works great for me!

Piggy Salt is very convenient to use - I have to agree sometimes alittle difficult to get out of the opening - but worth the investment especially if you love little pigs

I was ordering one of these for a gift to give a pig collector and decided that I wanted one of these AND I love it! Makes using the salt much easier and quicker! I also like the spoon, seems to be right at 1/4 teaspoon when salt is heaped up.

THIS WAS THE FIRST I HAVE HEARD OF SUCH A PRODUCT & I ENJOY ITH. IT IS SO CUTE & IS A NICE CONVERSATION PIECE. NOT TO MENTION IT IS A CUTE LITTLE OBJECT TO HAVE IN THE KITCHEN. VERY HANDY TOO..
