great cubes !!

I love the ice cubes I get from these trays. They are a tad hard to get loose from them, but worth it once your able to use them. They last long also.

While the larger 2" version is better for some cocktails (like scotch or a mixed drink like a greyhound served in a DOF) this is perfect for a drink served in a highball. They look perfect and you get plenty of cubes. Great for parties. For home use, 1 set would probably work for you & just freeze ahead if you're planning a party. Only qualm--for best results, you must fill with water after placing the mold in the freezer, because they must be filled to the brim to create a perfect square.

I have been using these trays for several months and just bought 2 more. They produce good-sized cubes that harden quickly and remain hard in drinks longer than smaller cubes. I love them!
