not much information on pizza dough
This book looks nice, has great pictures & some of the topping ideas are pretty good. However, I believed there would be more information on pizza dough & dealing with it, as far as using a baking stone & pizza peel, etc., and there wasn't any of that information in there. This is probably a decent begginers cook book though & I answered no on recommending the product to others, but mostly because I think it would only suit a new cook.
