It covers the basics and then gives you more recipes with alternatives to inspire and meet everyones individual preferances.
This book covers much of the basics for the newbie to pressure cooker world and leaves plenty of room for inspiration.
I highly recommend this book.

The major problem with this cookbook is its format: recipes cover more than one page, and the directions are not clear; both gain importance in the midst of cooking an untried recipe.
