The extremely sharp, serrated stainless steel blade easily peels potatoes, carrots, ripe tomatoes, juicy peaches, slippery bell peppers, or tough-skinned mangos, and also shaves zest of lemons, limes, and oranges. Particulary good for peeling tomatoes and fruit. Love it. This is my second.

At 64 years of age, I have used many, many peelers in my life. This one is the very BEST! I use it for everything (have thrown away all my other peelers). It is so sharp it can peel the skin off a peach or a tomato, or easily handle a cucumber or the thick stem of a head of brocolli. And, I frequently give them away as 'gifts' too. Everyone loves them. Next to my Shun paring knife, it's the most used tool in my kitchen. :-)

Perfect for peeling potatoes, apples, almost anything quickly and effortlessly. At least much more effortlessly than my previous cheap metal peeler. This has comfort grip and peels so cleanly even my 3 year old can use it (supervised, of course.)

This peeler works well for everything. It really shines when it comes to handling thin skinned fruit like peaches and tomatoes. Best of the best!
