| by Larry (Thayer, KS) 1 review I felt like a kid when I opened the box. I haven't used the roasting pan yet, but anticipate that I will get many years of reliable results. It is extremely well made, a generous size, and very attractive. And, the reduced price didn't hurt either. The non-stick rack and meat forks are a welcome addition. Thanks Food Network, I am a loyal customer. |

| by Deborah (Johnstown, PA) 1 review The pan cooked my Thanksgiving Turkey to perfection and in less time than when using a lighter and less expensive roaster. Cleanup was a breeze and I feel that the quality of this roaster was well worth the price I paid and unlike the cheaper versions, I intend to have this one in my kitchen for a very long time. |

| by Susan (New York, NY) 1 review I've wanted a roasting pan like this for a long time, sturdy, heavy and well-engineered. What I didn't count on was how heavy it would be with a large turkey in it, almost impossible for me to lift out of the oven and place on top of the stove, or even to move it around safely in a very hot oven. Also, lifting and moving would be easier if the horizontal part of the handles canted OUTWARD, rather than inward. You have to really stick your fingers way into the space between the pan and the handle to get a good grip, and with a potholder it was very tight indeed. Far be it for me to criticize All-Clad, but I was a little let down by the pan's drawbacks. |

| by Gail (CHARDON, OH) 1 review While the roaster is expensive, I believe it will be usable all year round. I intially purchased it to roast a turkey on the ourdoor grill - but it will be used beyond that! My sister roasts turkey in that manner, very successfully. |

| by Renee (NEW YORK, NY) I love this roasting pan! It's beautiful and well-constructed. The only difficulty was justifying the expense and difficulty storing the item with the number of times during the year I actually need a gigantic roasting pan, which isn't often. I plan to pass it on to my daughter ... it feels like it will last generations! |

| by Karen (BALTIMORE, MD) 3 reviews We bought this so we can roast meat and vegetables together. We wanted a non-reactive pan and this one is stainless steel, perfect for the lemony marinades that are part of Mediterranean cooking (we are Greek) |

| by Susan (Granby, CT) 6 reviews The only thing I wasn't aware of when I ordered this was how heavy the pan was. It is MUCH heavier than the Calphalon roaster I had been using and I thought that one was heavy.
BUT....it roasts beautifully and cleans up in a snap. As a busy cook you can't beat that! |

| (RED BANK, NJ) The Cadillac of roasting pans--and with the rack and turkey lifters at cooking.com's bargain price, a real value. All Clad has the best customer service ever, too. |
