| Good Stuff |

| by Leonard (Brea, CA) 1 review After 40 years of marriage it was time for new cookware. We researched various types and chose Calphalon. It was a good decision. I did have to retrain myself to give a few minutes of additional "warm up" time before cooking, but am pleased with the overall performance of the set. And so far it is very easy to care for. |

| by Janice (MIAMISBURG, OH) 1 review I love my new 8-piece Calphalon One set; it's everything they say it is! It has been fun trying new recipes and learning to cook with such quality cookware. Browning meats and making sauces is a cinch! |

| 8-pc. Calphalon Infused Anodized Cookware |
 | Would purchase again | Feb. 5, 2007 |
| by Susan (FALLS CHURCH, VA) I am asolutely satisfied with this cookware! Amazing to me that I always thought the cookware I've used over the years was just fine. Not now! I had no idea what good cookware was until I used my Infused Anodized Calphalon cookware. What a difference! Everything cooks evenly without burning and you can even put the whole pieces right in the oven which comes in really handy for certain recipes. Clean up is a snap. I just use a sponge scrub pad. My only regret is that I didn't purchase the larger set! I will definately be adding more pieces.

| by GLORIA (NEW PALTZ, NY) 2 reviews The Calphalon One pots are good and I would definitely recommend them. My biggest test was cooking eggs overlight in the 12" omelet pan. It did exactly what it said it would. It set the bottom of the egg AND THEN RELEASED IT so that I could turn it easily. When I tried to lift the egg, the yolk did not break. So the pan does cook and release the food without a non-stick finish. Clean up is quick and easy. You can use Bar Keepers Friend inside and outside the pans that are not non-stick finished. I did have a problem with the 7 quart sautuese pan and I believe I will return it. After using it twice, the outside perimeter no longer touches the stove. It appears to be warped but not in the normal sense as usual warping occurs in the center of the pan. Also, the pan overlaps the burner circle on my ceramic stove top by an inch all around. |
