All-Clad Stainless Steel Skillet:
All-Clad Stainless cookware is crafted from three permanently bonded layers of metal. A layer of pure aluminum rests between an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface and an exterior layer of magnetic stainless steel. Designed to perform on all conventional ranges, as well as on induction cooktops, heat spreads quickly and evenly to produce superior results. Each piece features a long, stay cool handle. Dishwasher safe.
by Kathleen (East Sandwich, MA) 1 review I was all over the all-clad skillet untill I held it in my hand... the handle is shaped in such a way that if you 'tombage a glace' as they say, you will find it INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. All I can say is get somewhere and feel it for yourself before you order....if you never pick up a skillet while you are on the heat you won't mind... but you won't be happy if you do... and you'll pay for return shipping and then REALLY won't be happy,
by Lewis (Greenville, MS) 1 review This little skillet is a dream to cook with and it cleans as easily as it cooks. The handle stays cool and everything I have cooked thus far is cooked the same throughout. All-Clad deserves its good reputation in the kitchen and this piece is just added proof. So, if you're looking for a nice pan that cooks as it good as it looks, try this one. I doubt you'll be disappointed.
by Ciro (Keizer, OR) 1 review We think the skillet cooks very well but the handle length is awkward. Could use an extra handle on the other side to make it easier to lift when full.
by Debbie (Somerset, NJ) 1 review I am trying to change to stainless steel cookware, but do not need all the pots in a set. This pan was rated the best by America's Test Kitchen. As was the All Clad brand. Expensive, but I am hoping it will last a lifetime.
by Margaret (Gulfport, MS) 1 review I own 3 All-clad skillets and love them all. The 12 inch is the workhorse of my kitchen, it cooks and cleans like a dream. I also have 2 All-Clad French saute pans which are very good, in all I have 14 pieces of All-Clad which shows how much I like this line of cookware.
