With 20-qt. capacity, it will fit up to a 22-lb. turkey or roast with ample room for vegetables. Cook time is monitored by a programmable digital timer for added accuracy and convenience, with a thermostat auto-off function. The chrome roasting rack and enameled steel liner pan are dishwasher safe.

It was juicy and browned very nicely on the outside. I did not baste or do anything else during the cooking process. All I did was season the Turkey, set the time and temperature and walked away until time was up. This was so easy, I will use it all of the time!
by Vicki (Crofton, MD) 1 review I decided that I needed to try a roaster oven when a small rowhouse kitchen in Baltimore for Thanksgiving just wasn't big enough for several cooks, a huge 22# bird and lots of other oven baked items. Rather than spend thousands of dollars for another oven and redoing the kitchen, I thought that this might work. When I got it, I immediately tried it for an 8# pork roast -- started it at 450F for 30 min., (it browned) and then turned it down to 325F for the rest of the cooking time. No water in the base either. It was brown, cooked through, and moist -- got raves from coworkers. Then, Christmas got the turkey try -- again, 450F for 30 min., 350F for the rest of the time -- I lost track of the time, overcooked it and it was still very moist and succulent! Furthermore, cleanup is really easy because the removable pan is completely submersible. Oh Yeah! This has really been a great purchase.

This roaster fit my three hams (about 9 lbs each) and worked very well. The outside does get quite warm but I've never used such a larger roaster before to know if that is normal.
by William (Granbury, TX) 22 reviews Got it in time for Thanksgiving this year, and it made slow roasting my 20 pound stuffed turkey a breeze, freeing up the oven for hot rolls, pies and etc. Great product for the price. It does all it says it will plus a lot more.

The digital temperature control and timer was great. It did not brown as much as I liked, but that may be due to lack of experience with the unit. I would appreciate any tips in browning the bird. Looking forward to using it at Christmas and making a big pot of chili. A good value!
