by Marc (New York, NY) 3 reviews I am a big fan of All Clad. This is a solid made pan and great for grilling. It has high enough sides to catch most of the splatter. So far I have been very pleased with it.
by Leah (Catonsville, MD) 1 review Grill pan is heavy -- cooks evenly -- leaves nice grill marks. We've tried it on pork chops and chicken breast and are very pleased with the results. Of course, you don't get the smoky flavor of a charcoal grill.
Best of all, this pan is nonstick and easy to clean.
It is square -- it holds a lot of food, but it's hard to store among round pans.
It cost quite a lot, although comparable in price to Calphalon, to which it compares favorably.
