Use lemon juice instead of salt for healthier cooking. Made of rubberwood, this handy tool reams lemons with very little effort, and won't absorb moisture or odors. Use the tip to remove seeds before you ream. Easy to clean.

by Janet (Honolulu, HI) 2 reviews while i'd been using a metal press for limes and lemons, i'd seen chefs on tv use the wooden reamer and finally purchased this from this vendor and have been using it almost daily with total satisfaction. it gets the last bit of juice out of the fruit, much much more than with the metal press, and i get to control which way the reamer points and the amount of pressure to ensure every last drop of the fruit.
