For yeasted doughs, simply add one gently rounded tablespoon per cup of flour to dry ingredients and yeast. Added to pie crust dough, pizza and focaccia doughs and even cookies, the dough becomes agreeable and disciplined! No more tough, dry doughs because you added flour to reach a rolling consistency. You'll think it's a little pricey, but it's worth every penny.
