Thanks to this pastry cloth and rolling pin cover, my pies are unbelievable! Today, I made my first pies using these products - to be served at our family gathering for Thanksgiving dinner (plenty of time to order from the local bakery if the whole experience went south). Thankfully, the pies turned out beautifully! And with almost NO mess! My daughter is home from college and she couldn't believe how simple rolling out pastry crust was. I'm definitely a fan - and the new rolling pin was fabulous too!
