I am finding it quick and easy ... particularly with the helpful DVD that was included with the product. I made bread and salad and meatloaf in the first two days of having the machine. Happy in Maine ... for many reasons!

It even came with a video of how to use the product that was very informative and we learned a lot. It has uses we would have never thought of using a food processor. I love the fact that the discs are not attached to the pole and therefore it's very space saving since it all can fit right in the bowl for storage. It's also very quiet. Haven't found anything yet we don't like. My only suggestion would be a retracting cord.

I used it for the first time over Christmas. The size of the bowl is perfect, but the unit only seems to be able to process the food that is low in the bowl. So, in the end, I can only process about the same amount of food that I could process in my 3 cup unit!
