The only thing I would change is that you can't remove the hangers once the item is hanging on the wall. You have to slide them onto the bar prior to hanging. Also, it would be helpful if you could purchase a few of the hangers seperately.

Minor criticisms: the hooks are shaped a little oddly and don't fit some of my utensils with holes; the screws that are provided for wall attachment are ordinary all-purpose screws; it would be nicer to have a screwhead that's the same finish as the shiny steel rack and a little more attractive.
