All-Clad Saucier Pan without Lid:

With its rounded sides and wider brim, the versatile 1-qt. Saucier by All-Clad Stainless is perfect for reducing liquid, preparing sauces or for heating and cooking soups.Slightly sloped sides allow heat to escape more quickly, so resulting flavor is more concentrated.

Originally designed for professional chefs, All-Clad pans have 3 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating. The pure aluminum core covers bottom and sides and is fused between the durable magnetic stainless exterior and the hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, which won't react with food. The long, stay-cool stainless steel handle is fastened with non-corrosive rivets. Dishwasher-safe. All-Clad is available in five distinct designs. (Item #111033) w2

Outstanding product. And offered at an outstanding price. Everything cooks evenly and the pan heats up quickly. Sturdy, but not overly heavy. You'll probably make excuses to use this pan for all of your cooking needs. I recommend this pan with no reservations. Great product and great value.

I love the pan, wish it was just a little larger and cost less. I could only afford the small pan.

If you love oatmeal

This is a super pot for making oatmeal. As with other All-Clad products quality is the name of the game. Well made, even heat distribution, and useability are second to none. With this item, clean up is a breeze. The rounded bottom means no corners to scrub.

Hard to destory

I'm fresh out of college and just starting to learn to cook. I've destroyed more pots and pans than most single store sell in a year. After leaving soup cooking in it for over a day on high heat. I was able to clean it easily back to looking like new. First brand to do so.
