by Victoria (Indianapolis, IN) 1 review The design of this product is aesthetically pleasing, but it's not designed very intelligently. It's hard to put loose tea in it without spilling it. It's holding up better than the traditional tea balls, but honestly, we haven't used it very much because of the problem described above.
