Rosle Stainless Steel Cheese Slicer:

Expert Review: This product is recommended in The New Cooks' Catalogue, the definitive guide to cooking equipment. Click for review.
It's easy to get thin slices with the 9.25-in. Cheese Slicer by Rosle. Sturdy stainless steel construction features a stable wedge/blade surface. Sharp cutting edge works well with medium-hard and hard cheeses, such as Cheddar, Parmesan and Romano. Comfortable, watertight handle has a convenient hanging loop. (Item #115702) w1

Easy way to allow guests and family to eat hard cheese. Saves cutting up a large quantiy of cheese, this allows you to take what you need and eat.

This slicer is ok at best. It cuts cheese that is refrigiated ok but when at room tempature is cuts too thin too slice and ends up in a wad of cheese rather than thin slices.

It is advertised as German made but is actually Chinese made with German name; considering the cost it is overpriced by about 50%

My old slicer was great for all cheeses but it broke after 5 years.

I do like your web site and will try more of your products when I need them regardless of this one order.
