Make deep-fried dishes using half the oil of conventional fryers with the
Cool Touch Roto Deep Fryer by DeLonghi. The motorized frying basket gently
moves ingredients in and out of the hot oil and can be raised or lowered
while the hermetically sealed locking lid is closed. A light signals when your oil has reached the correct frying temperature, usually in under 10 minutes. Cool Touch walls
promote safe operation, and a viewing window lets you keep an eye on what's
inside. Features include a non-stick coated interior, 20-minute electronic
timer, 9 temperature settings with a range of 300-375 degrees Fahrenheit,
anti-odor filters and cord storage. For easy cleaning, the system filters
and drains the used oil into a sealable storage container.

by John (Metairie, LA) 1 review The roto deep fryer does the job for medium
frying jobs. It is quick enough for shrimp (5 minutes) and recovers its heat well after frying fish or scallops. It appears that it uses about
half of the oil that the old fry daddy required
to get the same results.
by Nancy (Olympia, WA) 4 reviews After I figured out, I thought it worked quite well and was easy to clean. I made tempura, egg rolls, and french fries. The tempura batter did stick a little but the clean up wasn't too much trouble, so I do like it. My daughter and I could not find the fill lines so we had to guess when we had enough oil in it and we still one part, the white long thin piece with a circular end that we cannot identify.
by Richard (Dupont, PA) 1 review Fries very effectively living up to its claim. It is not messy upon cleanup as many others. The customer support is also more than acceptable. Filters are reasonably priced and overall I score this fryer as one of the best. I have read some negative claims (a very few) from users that frankly I found incorrect. Buy It !!!
by Anca (Charlestown, MA) 2 reviews I have been using this fryer for about a month and I am very pleased with it. The food cooks very well and it's not too greasy because of the rotating frying basket inside. The fryer is easy to clean, too.
by Patricia (Cleveland, OH) 2 reviews The best feature about this fryer is the ease of draining the oil from the fryer. My previous fryers were nice but a pain to clean. The drain hose makes it a breeze to clean and I no longer have to get out the rubber gloves, roll up my sleeves and change my shirt to clean the fryer. I would get all geared up mentally to attempt this task in the past. The only differance with this fryer is it is tilted so it can drain and the oil level seems lower in spots so all the food is not completely covered but it does the trick. The rotation of the fryer when frying is a big plus as this helps evenly cook your food.
