The delivery was very prompt. Ordered on a Monday, received it on Wednesday. Great Packaging. They make sure nothing breaks.
However it is not Oak. It is made of Beechwood.
I like it very well. Great Quality.

The block swings around out of the way when you're not accessing knives. I would have scored it 5 if the wood finish were a little better. Despite the German sounding name its made in China.

Since the block has been displayed, we have gotten other coments on it, so I hope to have others order soon. Also thank you for quick delivery, after I placed our order, the block was delivered within a week.
