I made a DutchBaby in it the other day - after the pancake puffed up beautifully in a hot oven, I brought it to the table for serving. It was perfect. It actually kept its poofiness and the pieces I cut slid right out of the pan. It also cleaned easily. I will find many uses for this pan.
