I broke down though when I saw this little fryer that is great to make enuf food for two of us and not have leftovers. It fries quickly and evenly and with very little fat used when cooking at the right temperature.

We needed a small fryer, as there are only 2 of us in the household, and the fryer with the removable pot was much too large for us. I made chicken wings (no batter) the other day and they came out delicious, NO grease in/on them that I could discern. The original amount was still in the tank. Overall, we are very pleased with the Deni.
