| Excellent teapot for daily use! |

| by Erika (Durango, CO) 1 review We love this teapot! This is our second one. Our first one lasted 8 yrs, and broke because something fell on it from above. We use it 1-2 times EVERY day all year long. Yes, you do have to be more careful than stainless steel, however it is well made and strong enough to withstand some bumps. It is well worth it since the water does does not taste like metal AND it is very easy to clean. We have super hard water which calcifies daily -- simply add white vinegar for a quick soak and it comes right off. This is the only ceramic teapot I have found and really like it. I've never had problems with the handle or anything else. Highly recommended! |

| Careful with the lid... |

| by Pamela (Saint Louis, MO) 2 reviews Well, beautiful tea pot, makes good tea. My only complaint is that the third night we made tea, my husband went to pour the cups of tea and the lid fell off and shattered into a bunch of pieces. I was really bummed. I would be nice if there was some way it wouldn't fall off so easy. |

| Great teapot |

| by Victoria (Falcon Heights, MN) 1 review This our 2nd Joyce Chen teapot. I broke the lid on the old one becuase I tipped it too far over. The handle stays on just fine if you turn the ends up. It is a bit smaller than our other one, but it's OK. I like the taste of the ceramic teapot vs. the metal ones. |

| Awesome Stovetop Ceramic Teapot |
 | Would purchase again | Feb. 2, 2008 |
| by Cherie (Dublin, CA) 2 reviews I bought this teapot at a specialty kitchen store for my boyfriend several years ago and he loved it - until he left it on for an hour and the water ran out, and as you can guess, it didn't fare well.
It has taken me a long time to find it again and we just love it! I love how the ceramic holds the heat in. It works great on both electric and gas stoves. The handle was a little stiff when installing, but once on is great. It looks nice sitting on the stove as well.
I would definitely recommend this product. |

| beautiful non-reactive teapot |

| by Kate (Seattle, WA) 1 review This is a lovely teapot. This is my second one (I use both teapots in different rooms).
One thing that is a bit annoying: if you don't angle the teapot just so when you are pouring, some water dribbles out of the spout onto the countertop.
But I love that the water that gets heated in this teapot doesn't pick up any other flavors.
Also the handle stays cool.
The top lifts easily on and off (but be careful to steady the stop if you angle the teapot too much or it could fall out). |
