The Perfect Beaker is designed for measuring both wet and dry ingredients with precise accuracy. Mix salad dressings, healthy drinks or flour mixtures for breads. The narrow base ensures accurate measurements even in small quantities. The scientifically calibrated measurement guide includes cups, fluid ounces, pints, teaspoons, tablespoons, and milliliters/cubic centimeters. A beveled rim makes pouring easy. Measure sauces, dressings or marinades completely in this single vessel.
by David (Colchester, CT) 1 review This is a great tool for the kitchen. You can easily see the markings and easily re-use it which I love so I don't have so many dishes. I had one for years that finally cracked and this new one with the top is fantastic.
by Christina (Warminster, PA) 10 reviews I have many measuring cups, but always wanted a beaker. It's easier to read because it sits on a sort of pedalstool if you will, as well as big easy to read print of cups and ounces. Having a sealed lid helps with storing liquids for later use.
by Ann (Buffalo, NY) 3 reviews I like it! I haven't needed the lid yet, but I think it will be useful for mixing salad dressings. The beaker is useful for measuring several liquids at the same time.
by Daniel (Langley, BC) 3 reviews This is a great little measuring device and the main complaint I've heard in the other reviews is the it's made of plastic and not glass. The main benefit of using glass would be because oil doesn't stick to it and require some considerable elbow grease to get clean. But the shape of this beaker allows to you to clean it more easily than any other plastic container (mostly Tupperware) I have in my kitchen. There's not a whole bunch of nooks and crannies for grease to hide in like those Ziploc/Glad-ware lids. The lid is also a great feature because you can measure out you multiple ingredients for you baking recipe then pop the lid on, give it a good shake (keep one hand on the lid) and then add to your dry ingredients. This avoids a pancake dough where the vanilla nicely slips off the top of the liquids first and is promptly soaked up in a little ball of flour, securely locking away any of it's potential to flavor the batter. I love this little beaker and would recommend it to anyone.
by Janet (Reno, NV) 5 reviews It has all types of measurements from teaspoons to mL, pours perfectly, is easy to read, stable on the counter and dishwasher safe. It is plastic but so far seems sturdy enough.
