Popcorn comes out light and fluffy, and you can use plain ordinary popcorn out of the jar or bag--much cheaper than prepackaged--with or without oil. We usually pop without oil, and my husband likes to use nonstick butter spray and salt after cooking while the popcorn is still hot. I bought 3--two so we always have one available if the other one is in the dishwasher, and one for work. Great price and great value!

But, you will still be making microwave popcorn. I guess I really wanted an electric or skillet popcorn maker. I wish it had more recipe instructions.
