Bought this mainly for my Date Nut Bread/Muffins ... my recipe makes more batter than my one mini muffin tray can hold, and I thought this would be an attractive addition. Also ... I tried the Cheesecake Brownie recipe included with the pan and it was a big hit ... but, I think I should have added more oil to the pan; had a bit of trouble getting them out in one piece! So, I unfortunately had to eat the pieces that came out unwhole. Ho hum.
