by Janet (Portland, OR) 2 reviews I previously purchased a manual pasta roller, which I really love, but it is best with a second set of hands.
Now I have the Kitchen Aid Pasta Roller Attachment set and making pasta even faster and easier. Wish I had bought this set first. Nothing is better than homemade pasta.
I feel the set is way over priced but would buy again.
by Julie (Acton, CA) 1 review I love my pasta roller set. I used to shy away from making pasta because I grew up using the hand crank pasta maker, which took at least two of us to run it, and required a long time This automatic roller and cutter ran so smooth and quickly that I had no problems running the pasta though by myself. Even though I have only had this piece a short time, it looks like a very durable piece that will last a long time.
by Elaine (Salem, NJ) 3 reviews We had a great time making ravioli. Machine attachment operated perfectly. The only problem we encountered was in using the fettuccini and spaghetti attachments. The pasta came out of the attachment just fine, but the cutting between each noodle was not deep enough because we had to spend so much time separating each noodle and finally got disgusted and threw them in the pot to boil them even though they were stuck together. Please tell me if this is normal. I heard you may have to separate them a little but not like we had to on every cut.
