I've tried other kitchen scissors and they don't even come close to the quality of the red-handled scissors. They are very easy to use, they cut even tough cardboard. I think that's why I lose them. I use them for cutting almost everything and everywhere.
I bought my first two pair locally, but that place of business is no longer open. So I went on line to cooking.com. There they were right on the first page.
