by Claude (Fredericton, NB) I love to do coleslaw and the regular food processors are cumbersome to use since you always have to either empty them or there is a side chute that keeps blocking. I recommend the DeLonghi stand mixer that used to be the English brand Kenwood. This machine has is the best value for the money.
