Frieling USA Inc. Handle-it Glass Bottom Springform:
It is not an exaggeration to call this pan revolutionary. Like all springform pans, its sides are separate from the bottom and spring free automatically when the clamp is released. These sides, however, have a nonstick coating, so there is no need to run a knife between the pan and the cake—say good-bye to ragged edges. The base is heat-proof glass, which won't be marred by a knife when the cake is sliced and makes a nice serving plate. Finally, the pan has two large handles, a benefit when the filled pan needs to go from counter to oven.

by Margaret (Hopkinton, MA) 1 review The handles on this springform pan make it very easy to manage. The glass bottom is more presentable at the table. Only disadvantage is that it is little difficult to get the bottom placed in the form.
by Angela (Pipe Creek, TX) 1 review So far I have made a Mexican Burrito Casserole in it. It turned out great. I love cutting on a glass bottom rather then the medal spring form bottom which would have resulted in many scratches after a few uses. I look forward to baking a cheesecake in it along with many other recipes. If you do a lot of baking in a springform pan, the glass bottom and handles make it worth the price.
by Betsy (Marshfield, MA) 1 review I have seen regular springform pans for $7 - 10 and they work just fine. I loved the idea of the handles, but if I saw it in a store, I'm not so sure I would have purchased it because it was so much more expensive. It came highly recommended and I will keep it because it performed well, and the handles made it easy to get in and out of the oven, and easy to transport. Also, I will keep it because it would cost me money to return it,and it's a hassle.
