Sushi Knife Works Great!

My wife and I enjoy making sushi at home. I've used my best knives to cut the raw tuna and they worked just ok. I've been shopping for a decent sushi knife and found ones costing 6 time as much as this one. This knife worked great and its made in Japan. For the money you can't beat this knife.

My friend and I both like Sushi and were having trouble slicing the maki zushi cleanly. Not a problem with this knife. It is very, very sharp and holds it's edge wonderfully. I would buy it again.

This blade is exactly what’s needed for the thin slicing and requirements for sushi and sashimi preparation. It is more than acceptable steel and the single sided beveled blade comes sharp and the edge is easy to maintain. Compared to the normal Japanese blades, the quality is a very good value for the money. No regrets at all

Since I am new to sushi making I wanted to get some basic supllies without breaking the bank. This knife has worked out great for an all purpose sushi knife. With just this knife, and the kit with the bamboo rolling mat, paddle, and instruction booklet we have been able to get started in learning the art of sushi making.

Good for a first time sushi-er. Later you can spend fat dough on a knife.
