Kuhn Rikon Casserole:
Use this Durotherm 2-qt. Casserole for your favorite soups, sauces, grains and pasta. Made of 18/10 stainless steel - both the inside and outside layers - and handles are Chrome Plated solid brass. Lid is insulated and convex to collect moisture and return it to food as it cooks. Wide rims allow dripless pouring. Snap-on serving base is also stainless. Pans are so versatile and can be used for frying, steaming, boiling, stewing and slow cooking.
Durotherm innovative cookware is extremely energy efficient, designed with double walls for gentle, waterless cooking. Lids are vapor sealed to lock out oxygen and seal in moisture and nutrients.
