by David (ROCKVILLE, MD) 1 review I decided I needed to make authentic French baguettes, so of course I needed the pan. This is a sturdy pan with slots for 3 loaves. The holes give the bread a nice finished look, as well as allowing the heat to penetrate. Best used on top of a baking stone.

The first time I used it my bread stuck so bad and burned that it has a permanent mark...also the edges of the pan seemed to wear away. The pan looks as though it has been used/abused for a long time. I did not spray first because it had the stick free finish.
