The Champion Juicer is driven by a 1/3 horsepower heavy-duty motor that separates juice from pulp in a continuous operation. Used in professional kitchens, it can wring the juice out of fennel and ginseng as well as carrots or watermelon. Fruits and vegetables are sent down the feed tube, juice drains out of the screen holder, and pulp slides out the tapered end. No intermittent cleaning is required. Try pressing frozen pieces of banana down the feed tube to make instant all-fruit ice. The included recipe book explains how to produce juices, sauces, sorbets, nut butters, and baby foods.

First of all, it makes great juice. It also makes great smoothies if you use frozen fruits. A banana, frozen magoes and strawberries makes an amazing, healthy tropical frozen dessert. Fuji apple juice is beyond words. Best juice ever.

The high intensity friction involved in thoroughly pulverizing your fruits and veggies really warms up the juice, so you need to include ice, but they may be par for the course. It certainly isn't cheap, but overall, I'd buy it again.

Having a juicer again I wonder how I've lived without one I reccomend this juicer to anyone interested in purchasing one and I believe this juicer is considerably less money than what I paid over thirty years ago.
