I prefer a saucier over a traditional sauce pan, and I love the LTD line because it is an excellent heat conductor, second only to copper, but without the upkeep of copper. The LTD line is an excellent product line ... not as pretty as gleaming stainless steel, but a better performer for sure. The All Clad website says it all about the saucier ...
